Supporting Sensitive and Anxious Children During the Holidays

Presented by Amanda Robinson, LPC-S, RPT-S™
December 11, 2025

If you have an anxious, neurodivergent, or highly sensitive child at home, chances are you’re approaching the holidays with some level of dread. Sensitive children (and adults!) can struggle with the change in routine and constant bustle that this season brings.

In this workshop, you’ll learn practical, compassionate strategies to prepare your child for holiday gatherings, ease their overwhelm in different environments, and respond effectively during “crisis moments”. You’ll leave with realistic tools you can use right away to make this season a little less stressful – and a lot more joyful – for the whole family.
