Reflecting Feelings
Presented by Rachel Esparza, LPC
In this self-paced online workshop, parents and caregivers will learn how to reflect their child’s feelings in ways that build trust and connection, even during tough moments.
We'll explore co-regulation — how to be a calming presence when emotions run high — and share simple, effective strategies to help children (and parents!) develop stronger emotion regulation skills over time.
Whether you're navigating tantrums, teen moods, or anything in between, this presentation will offer tools and insights to support emotional growth and strengthen your relationship with your child.
